I love how many ways the chair adjusts, love the levels of heating, and enjoy the size, soft fabric and color. The massage was the main feature I wanted but had assumed it would be more of an all-over pulsing massage. Instead, this is more like a kneading massage similar to what you would get from the nail salon, which takes getting used to is you expected the other kind. It is not a bad thing at all, just an expectation adjustment. I use the chair for relaxation and stress relief after a stressful shift at the hospital on my feet and lots of walking.
